The Leadership Elmore County class year is just the portal.  The real work of leadership begins when graduates put their newly acquired contacts, information and friendships to work in Elmore County.  Whether the call is community, civic, charitable, church related, or serving in an appointed or elected position, the true mark of leadership is putting skills to work where needed, for the greater good of the community.  Engaged citizens are the best way to ensure a better community with enhanced opportunities for all.  We strive to be the bridge between needs and the individuals who can help meet those identified needs.  Our impressive roster of leadership graduates is the “can do” network for Elmore County.  Every day, LEC alumni are working to make our community better.

As of May 2013, more than 200 individuals have graduated from the Leadership Elmore County program.
