The Elmore County Food Pantry was established in 2008 under the leadership of Charles Chamblee, Pastor of Victory Temple Church in Wetumpka, AL. In response to a desire to help the hurting in Elmore County and the leading of the Holy Spirit, the leadership and members of Victory Temple stepped out in faith to establish a work that would grow from humble beginnings to currently helping over 520 Elmore County families on a monthly basis.
